The Nokia Lumia 900 Windows Phone update to accost the data connectivity issues (and hopefully the battery effect) is now live. All you need to do is connect your Lumia 900 to your Zune Desktop and follow the steps in the Update Sorcerer. The entire, x stride process takes about 15 minutes and does involve a backup step.

When complete your Lumia 900 should be updated to the following:

While it was a scrap of a downer to run across the Lumia 900 take these issues, Nokia has done a bully job of addressing them. Nokia best-selling the issue, gear up a target date to correct the issues, compensated customers for their problem and launched the gear up three days alee of schedule.

All that is left is to encounter if the fix worked. My fingers are crossed that information connections are stable and the battery life returns to making it through the day without worries. Icing on the cake would be if the camera improved only that might exist asking for too much in such a curt period of time.
